Shampoo & bath gel, cotton pads are provided. - Leather couch and smart TV. - Big wardrobe and a medium-sized fridge in the room in case you need to grab a cold drink. - Huge balcony and windows for fresh air and natural lights. You will also hear bird sounds in the morning at the tree for a relaxing start of the day. BEDROOM 2 & 3 - Located on the 2nd floor. - Ensuite bathrooms with showers. Shampoo & bath gel, cotton pads are provided. - Queen sized bed with comfy big mattress and high quality beddings to ensure a good night sleep. - Large windows for lots of natural lights and relaxing views. - Big wardrobes and medium-sized fridges in the room in case you need to grab a cold drink. Sense villa has been meticulously designed to give all guest an incredible experience. The rooms are uniquely architected with themes across central Vietnam. Each bedroom will have its own bathroom and fully furnished.
There will be an amazing common space for cooking, dining and especially social gathering. Comfy sofas in TV area and endless fun with foosball table & dart.
The place is located in a quiet area with lots of green and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. The neighborhood is super safe and easy to walk around.
You will find great local treats nearby such as Banh canh, My quang or Com ga (my favorite).
You will have the entire villa to your own. There will be keys for each room and the main entrance as well. Feel free to use the washer & dryer provided.

Please treat the place as yours, keep it in good shape and clean. If any problem arise, I will try my best to take action ASAP :).
Extra cleaning during your stay is subjected to a fee of 25USD. Stay of 7 days or more will be offered a free cleaning turnover.
